The Zero Plan, created and edited by Alan Dunn, is an accompanying zine to the ongoing No Parlez project, Zero Plan.

Issue 27 comes in a full-colour 16-page Zine (25×17cm) in an edition of 30. It features chats with Paul Collins (The Nerves) and Kim Lesley, one of the original backing singers. There is also the penultimate ‘No Parlez Spotters’ league table, chocolate from Istanbul, Mike Bradshaw’s Top Ten US Hardcore tracks from 1983 and a contribution from myself inviting us to think about access and record shops. There is also a hand-drawn zigzag postcard, mini-zine, collaged 7” sleeves and Half Man Half Biscuit Lyrics.
