The Zero Plan created and edited by Alan Dunn is an accompanying zine to the on going No Parlez project called Zero Plan.

Issue 27 comes in a full colour 16-paged Zine sized 25×17cm in an edition of 30, it features chats with Paul Collins (The Nerves) and Kim Lesley, one of the original backing singers. There is also the penultimate league tables, chocolate from Istanbul, Mike Bradshaws Top Ten US Hardcore tracks from 1983 and a contribution from myself inviting us to thing about access and record shops. There is also a hand-drawn zigzag postcard, mini-zine, collaged 7” sleeves and Half Man Half Biscuit Lyrics.
